Mark Claster Mamolen Dissertation Workshop 2016 Alumnus
Ph.D. in Anthropology. McGill University

His research explores the effects that political violence has provoked among rural Afro-Colombian communities in Chocó. He focuses on how war transforms the relations people cultivate with their forests and rivers as well with the non-humans that live there. You can watch the video associated with his work here.
