University of Leicester
Lina Lucumi-Mosquera is an activist-scholar currently pursuing her doctoral studies at the Business School of the University of Leicester (UK). Her work is transdisciplinary, with a central focus on economic justice. Lina’s research blends mixed-method designs rooted in participatory research to explore how structural inequalities are either challenged or perpetuated when marginalised communities participate in global production networks. She is also the founder of the Améfrican Network of Decolonial and Antiracist Studies on Cocoa and Chocolate (RAEA), an initiative that tackles critical issues of social justice within the cocoa and chocolate economies, ecologies and subjectivities.
