How to apply

Applications must be submitted through an online form that collects information from each participant, as well as an abstract of their proposal. Attachments, articles, or book chapters will not be accepted. The summary must be written directly in the designated field of the application form.

There are four application modalities for the conference: individual, panel, roundtable, and other forms of participation.

1. Individual: This type of application is for individuals who wish to present a paper independently or in co-authorship. If selected, the Organizing Committee will place them in a panel with other presentations on similar topics.

2. Panel: This type of application is intended for groups of presenters who have already organized a panel and wish to apply as a group. ONLY the panel REPRESENTATIVE should complete the application form and include the information of ALL members. Panels must consist of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 participants.

3. Roundtable: This type of application is for proposals that already have an established group of more than 5 participants. ONLY the COORDINATOR of the roundtable should complete the application form and include the information of ALL participants.

4. Other Forms of Participation: This category is intended for individuals or groups interested in proposing a workshop, performance, film screening, or book presentation.

Key Points to Keep in Mind: Read Carefully

– Please make sure to provide a VALID email address. Before submitting your application, carefully check that your email is correct. The Organizing Committee is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any communication issues resulting from incorrect or inactive email addresses.

– While the Organizing Team is not able to offer financial assistance, participants are encouraged to make their own travel arrangements. Please keep this in mind before submitting your application. We are, however, actively working to secure discounts, benefits, and other forms of support to help make attendance more accessible. We invite you to check our website and social media regularly for updates on these opportunities.

– Each person may participate in the conference with only one proposal, so only one application per participant will be accepted. However, it is possible to assume multiple roles during the conference, such as presenting a paper and also moderating a panel, whether in the same session or a different one.

– During the Conference, participants present their work orally in an estimated time of 10–15 minutes, followed by a discussion between the panelists and the audience. A conversational tone is recommended, rather than reading directly from the written text.

– Only correctly completed application forms will be considered.
